Do I need to wax and sharpen the skis when I receive them?
Your skis will arrive ground, waxed and ready to go straight away. We use the best tuning machines on the market from Montana and each ski comes with a grind and structure that is optimised for that particular model. We are passionate skiers ourselves and know what a ski should feel like.
Do you mount bindings?
Yes. We mount all bindings that we sell according to the boot measurements that you enter when you add the binding in the purchase box.
Do I need to adjust the bindings myself?
The bindings come pre-adjusted to the ski boot size specified at purchase and set to the DIN that we believe is correct for the weight you have specified. However, you will need to fine-tune the bindings to your ski boot, check out our guides here .
Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Boring answer, but it depends on where you live. We strive to ship all skis within 1-2 working days and you usually have your skis within 4-5 working days from when your order is placed. For orders outside Sweden it takes one or a few extra days.
Do you deliver the skis to your home or to a delivery point?
Since a ski box is usually longer than most parcel delivery companies' maximum limit, your skis will be delivered to your home. Therefore, it is important that you always provide a correct phone number and delivery address.
Returns & warranty
How long is the warranty on your skis?
Our skis have a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter a problem with our skis, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.

Do I have the right to cancel a pair of skis that I purchased?
We follow the Swedish Distance Contracts Act according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered, faultless goods, known as the "right of withdrawal". This right is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you have chosen to mount bindings on your skis, the so-called "right of withdrawal" has been exhausted because the product is no longer considered "fault-free".
If you have any questions, contact us at +46 647-322 04 or info@areskidfabrik.se
