Caroline Strömberg has had skiing as an obvious part of her life since a young age. After competing in alpine skiing, her passion for the mountains continued to grow, and after a few years in Åre, she followed her dream of seeking deeper powder and new adventures.

Over the years, Caroline has become a driving force in getting more girls involved in action sports. With a strong passion for skiing and a desire to change the culture surrounding the sport, she founded InspireUs - one of Sweden's most significant communities for girls in skiing and outdoor activities. A community built around camaraderie, inspiration, and encouraging more people to dare to develop their skills on the mountain.

Through InspireUs, Caroline has created meeting places, built bridges between people, and highlighted new role models in the skiing world. For her, skiing is about so much more than performance – it's about the freedom on the mountain, experiences shared with others, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
